For adults: start with 1 tablet (5 mg of mirogabalin) at a time, 2 times a day, as an initial dosage. Tarlige tablets contain mirogabalin besilate, a new medicine of gabapentinoid class, the same as gabapentin and pregabalin. It works by a2delta-1 subunit of voltage-gated calcium (Ca2+) channels (both 1 and 2), but its analgesia is more sustained and the potency is significantly higher than pregabalin and other gabapentinoids.
