1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions are a public offer in accordance with the laws of Japan.
1.2. When ordering goods online store, Customer agrees to these Terms. The fact of acceptance of an offer is pressing the "Buy" at the last stage of ordering.
1.3. Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, in this connection, the client agrees to regularly monitor changes in conditions.
2. ORDER
2.1. To place an order you must specify the actual contact details of the Customer's internet store.
2.2. Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Client ordering.
2.3. Customer orders can be issued in the following ways: accepted by phone, by email or issued by the Customer in the shop.
2.4. After ordering customer is provided with information on the expected date of shipment of goods to customers. The date depends on the availability of the ordered goods to the warehouse of the Seller and the time required for the production of goods.
2.5. If the client orders for the product in excess of available stock from the Seller, the Seller shall inform the Customer by sending e-mails or phone specified by the customer during registration, that will be produced when the missing quantity. The client has the right to agree to accept the goods in the amount of available-from the Seller or cancel this position of the goods from the Order. In the case of non-response to the client within 5 days after the notice, the Seller reserves the right to cancel this item from your order.
2.6. All materials displayed on the Site, are for reference only and can not fully pass on accurate information about the properties and characteristics of the goods, including colors, sizes and shapes. Some products may differ slightly from those shown in the picture. 2.7. No cancellations under any circumstances on prescription medicines are accepted. In case wrong or strongly damaged product received (for liquids and vials only), we shall send substitute for free. Please advice within 5 days from acceptance of parcel.
2.8 Please pay attention that product package may change without prior notification. We guarantee quality / maker / dosage / amount stay same. If you need specific maker / package / type (like OD tablets) please comntact us in advance.
3. Shipping
3.1. Delivery by transport companies due to the customer.
3.2. Delivery of the order to the shipping company for free.
3.3. Deadlines for receipt of the order depends on the delivery address and the region and the work of a particular service delivery.
3.4 We ship supplements and cosmetics in 3-6 business days, we ship prescription medicines in 8-12 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
3.5 it is customer's obligation to check all import regulations and receive parcel and pay any taxes or dues that are to be paid according to local law.
3.6 If for some reason parcel returns customer is to pay return shipping fee and second shipping fee. If customer fails to pay order is deemed to be voided by customer will and goods are disposed off. If parcel returns due to mistake on JHC side (incorrect address, name etc due to manual input / human factor), we pay return fee and shipping fee.

If you need full insurance please instruct us. If you do not instruct us we can not refund in full. 3.9 We reserve our right to repack products and discard of glass / plastic bottles in order to be able to ship via available express options. We can ship in safe packs instead of original glass / plastic bottless. Repacked product can not be reason for return or refund.
3.910 Express shipping refers to method used to ship goods, it does not specify time from payment receipt to the moment goods are shipped.
4. Payment for the Goods
4.1. The price of the goods specified in the shop for one.
4.2. The price of the goods in online store may be changed unilaterally by the Seller. The price of goods ordered by the Customer can not be changed.
4.3. Payment shall be made by wire transfer. Prices are inclusive of consumption tax.
4.4. The shipment is carried out at 100% prepayment.
4.5. Seller shall be entitled to provide the Customer Discount for goods and install the program bonuses. Types of discounts, bonuses, terms and conditions specified in the calculation of the online shop and can be changed unilaterally by the Seller.
5. Privacy and Protection of Personal Information

Not considered a violation of the provision of information by the Seller agents and third parties acting under contract with the seller, to fulfill obligations to the Customer, and only to the extent necessary for the performance of their obligations.
5.4. Not considered a violation of disclosure obligations in accordance with the reasonable and applicable requirements of Russian legislation.
5.5. Seller has the right to use the technology "cookies". "Cookies" do not contain confidential information and is not shared with third parties.
5.6. Seller receives information about the ip-address of the visitor online store. This information is used to identify the visitor.
6. Other conditions
6.1. The relations between the Customer and the Seller are regulated by the Japanese law regulations.
6.2. In case of questions and complaints received from clients he must contact the seller, using the contact information posted in the shop. All disputes arising sides will try to resolve through negotiation, if not agreement, the dispute shall be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with applicable law.
6.3. Recognition by the court of invalidity of any provision of these Terms shall not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
6.4. All text information and graphics that are in the shop are the property of the Seller and / or its contractors.
6.5 Accepting this terms of use you confirm that you have prescription from licensed doctor or medical institute and you will do no uncontrolled self-medication under any circumstances. All medicines must be used under supervision of doctor only. Should you fail to fulfill these terms we shall bare no responsibility civil or legal under any circumstances. When you place order we deem you are in possession of prescription.
6.6. We shall never prescribe specific course of treatment though we may provide information to pass over to your doctor about general protocol of application.
7. Returns and refunds.
7,1 We accept no returns and issue no refunds on prescription medicines (all injections, all tablets, some eye drops like glanatec, catalin, mucosta etc) after the payment is completed. We offer no returns under any conditions for prescription medicines.
7.2 We shall send substitute for free if we ship wrong item or damaged item. Please advice within 5 days from receipt of parcel.
7.3 We shall accept returns on unsealed and unopened supplements subject to 30% commission fee imposed by the makers. If you received wrong (we shall ship the correct item) / severely damaged (> 50% are damaged, subject to voluntary insurance) item we shall ship the correct item for free. Please contact us.
7.4 In case parcel is returned by delivery service please refer to article 3.6.
7.5 In case parcel is damaged please refer to article 3.7. In order to state full value you will need to pay insurance fee. If this fee is not paid, parcel shall not be subject to return or refunds.
7.7 We refund only in case the vials / tablets are damaged in transit. We refund (or apply to your balance as credit) for the exact amount of damaged vials / tablets only. If all vials / tablets in pack are damaged we send substitute for free.
8. Claims.
8.1 Are to be done in accordance with paragraph 7 general provisions
8.2 In case wrong / defective item is received please advise within 10 days from the date when you received parcel (according to tracking, after the date of receipt but no l0nger than in 30 callendar days after parcel was shipped).
8.3 If wrong amount (less amount, less than you ordered) is received please measure exact weight. Place original package, box or pack on measures together with all items inside and take a picture. We shall compare with our data and advsie on further actions.
8.4 In case you do not receive the parcel, please contact us within 1 month form the date of shipment (all types of delivery excluding sea mail). Claims sent after this time shall not be subject for settlements.
8.5 In case you have claims please contact us first. We can not stop customers from chargeback, but in case it is done without prior contacting our support service and violating our terms of use, such customer may be banned permanently.
8.6 In case you are allergic to any substance it is your obligation to check full compound by sending us relevant inquiry. If you fail to do this and do not ask full list of components or additives we shall not be responsible for any kind of consequences / reactions.
8.7 We reserve our legal right to blacklist customer in case of a) repeated unlwaful claims b) insults and / or harassment towards our staff or company c) obvious fraud activity.
