Cataract treatment in Japan: modern approach

A clouding in the eye’s lens is called cataract. There are many reasons of developing cataract:

• aging, people after 40 year have a high risk of developing cataract in the central zone of an eye lens;
• diabetes can also provoke cataract;
• taking the high doses of steroid medications;
• having cataract in family history increases the risk,
