For shipping by Сourier - we can ship to any country, besides Russia and Belarus (to Belarus airmail is still available).

Shipping fees, time and delivery estimates:

DELIVERY FEES

Airmail with tracking - from 19 usd (for orders up to 1 kg, if available in your region only!)

Express courier delivery - from 39 usd (for orders above 1 kg and out of standard delivery area this fee will increase)

Free shipping - for orders above 500 usd (shipped via only economy airmail, up to 2 kg only, if available for your region. We do not ship by EMS or Fedex for free)

SHIPPING TIME (time from payment confirmation till the moment we ship):

Supplements and OTC: about 2-6 business days* in most of cases.
Prescription medicines tablets / eye drops / plasters: about 5-10 business days* for most products, 6-12 business days* for some others.
Most of prescription injections: about 8-16 business days*.

* Business days do not incliude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Local Japanese holidays.

DELIVERY TIME (time from shipping till the moment you receive your parcel) *

Fedex: 3-10 days in most cases. For USA about 3-5 days only. May take longer to some countries due to local procedures.

Japan Post EMS: approximately 8-15 days, depending on country. For USA about 6-12 days.

Japan Post express airmial: approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on country. May be faster.

Japan Post economy airmial: approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on country. May be faster or get delayed.

TO THE USA CUSTOMERS.

Please pay attention that we ship prescription medicines by express airmail with tracking as the default express option for the USA.

If you want to get goods shipped by EMS or Fedex, please make sure you have a prescription issued by your local US doctor.

In case you prefer EMS or Fedex, please email us the prescription before paying and we shall change the shipping method to EMS or Fedex at your choice.

Please pay attention that without receiving your prescription, we can ship only by express airmail with tracking.

Please contact us if you are not sure about the type of the medicine or in case you want to check the shipping method.

The reason is that the courier shipments are highly likely to be stopped and held / destroyed by customs if you do not have a local prescription at hand.

If parcel is returned due to USPS mistake (address correct but states "incorrect address" (we shall check on google maps) or tries to deliver to address different from the address stated on slip(we shall see on tracking)) we shall reship for free, when parcel returns to us. Please do not worry, this happened only few timed during 15 years of our work.

However, if the parcel is returned due to reasons like: you were not at home, you provided wrong address, you failed to order redelivery, did not notice notification, or did not track the parcel, or you moved to another place - it is your responsibility to pay the second delivery fee, when the parcel returns to us. We SHALL NOT reship for free in this case, you will need to pay the second dleiery fee. The proof of situation will be the status on USPS website. This will not be subject to any dispute and you are free to leave any reviews anywhere or send claims anywhere you want to. International delivery is expensive and we expect you to track and reiceve the parcel to avoid problems and delays in medical treatment. Thank you for understanding.

IMPORTANT - REGARDING VAT and TAXES.

Please pay your attention: We ship indicating the minimal price of about 10-20 USD per parcel for our clients to AVOID POSSIBLE PROBLEMS DURING IMPORT and protect parcel form possible thieves. If you need the parcel to be shipped with the full coverage price or in case you need an official invoice, kindly advice in the comment column while placing your order. For orders above 50 USD you need to contact us and pay additional insurance fee of 3% if you need to get full coverage on parcel. If something happens to parcel we shall refund in full only for orders with full coverage, If you did not pay insurance we can refund up to 50 usd per parcel only. Pay attention, if you need full insirance, we need to state the full price and local taxes will be charged in full on import.

We mark all parcels as a "gift" (unless your instructions differ), so you are unlikely to pay anything on import. However, if you are required to pay minimal VAT amount, we expect you will pay it. We can not pay minimal tax for Gift on our side, if it is imposed in your country, but we can state the value of about 4-5 usd if you tell us to do so. If you expect us to pay all taxes and VAT, we shall decalre parcel as Commercial, state all real value on parcel, and ask to pay taxes + real VAT as per rate of your coutnry in advance.

IMPORTANT - REGARDING CORRECT AND FULL ADDRESS.

We expect customers to provide full, complete and correct address, as well as the local phone number. In case you provide wrong address or refuse to pay possible minimal tax and the item is returned, we shall ask you to pay delivery fee again and return fee, if applicable. Please indicate correct Postal Codes and Names! Please indicate house numbers and apartment numbers. If for some reason we indicate the wrong address, we shall re-ship for free, of course.

Please do not use your local letters, when writing the address (refers to customers from Turkey, Brazil, Finland, Norway, France, Sweden, Czech, Spain, Portugal, Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand etc). Japan Post website supports only standard English letters, we can not generate slips in other languages and Japan Post stopped accepting hand-written labels from this year. If you use your local letters in the address, the address may be not printed correctly.
