Medical effect: Talion tablets are effective for the treatment of following diseases and conditions:
- allergic rhinitis,
- hives,
- itch caused by skin diseases,
- pruritus.
Contraindications and precautions: do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use for patients with renal disorder.
If an allergic reaction occurs, stop using the medicine and consult with your doctor. If you’re taking any other medication or receiving any other treatment, you have to consult with your doctor before use.
As this medicine may cause drowsiness, patient should avoid operating dangerous machinery, driving a car or working at heights.
If patient has a seasonal allergy, they should initially take this medicine shortly before the start of the season and continue until the end of the season.
Dosage and administration
For adults: take 1 tablet (10 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 2 times a day. The doctor in charge may adjust the dosage according to patient’s age and symptom.
For children aged 7 years and older: take 1 tablet (10 mg) at a time, 2 times a day.

Talion tablets contain bepotastine besilate, a direct H1-receptor antagonist. It works by inhibiting the release of histamine from mast cells. By this, Talion tablets improve such symptoms such as sneezing, running nose, stuffed nose and itch.
