Medical effect: Sertraline tablets are effective for the treatment of following diseases and conditions:

• Depression (main prescription purpose for Sertraline tablets)
• Depressive state,

• Generalized anxiety disorder.

Contraindications and precautions: do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use for patients within 14 days after stop using MAO inhibitor.

Taking alcohol is prohibited while taking this medicine. Avoid consuming any food or supplement containing St. John's wort during the treatment.
