How effective are Japanese Ketotifen capsules 1 mg Nichi-Iko for asthma and allergy?
Ketotifen capsules Nichiiko contain a fumarate salt of ketotifen, a cycloheptathiophene derivative with anti-allergic activity. It works by selectively blocking histamine (H1) receptors and preventing the typical symptoms caused by histamine release. Also, Ketotifen capsules inhibit the release of inflammatory mediators from mast cells involved in hypersensitivity reactions. In other words, this medicine is effective for decreasing chemotaxis and activation of eosinophils.
Who should take Ketotifen capsules 1 mg Nichi-Iko from Japan?
Ketotifen capsules Nichi-Iko effectively improve allergic symptoms in patients with symptoms like bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, eczema or dermatitis, hives and cutaneous pruritus. This allergy medicine relieves the hypersensitivity of tissues such as airway or nasal mucosa. However, it is not designed for the relief of asthmatic attacks. Also, Ketotifen by Nichi-iko is generally safe and well-tolerated (A. P. Martín, J. Urrets-Zavalia et al. The effect of ketotifen on inflammatory markers in allergic conjunctivitis: an open, uncontrolled study. BMC Ophthalmology, 2003, 3(2)).
