About the effectiveness of Chino capsules against cholelithiasis and gallstones from Japan
Fujimoto Pharmaceutical Corporation performed clinical studies of Chino capsules in 1302 patients with gallstones. It showed sufficient effectiveness ranging from reducing the size of the gallstones and improving the bile composition to full dissolving of existing gallstones. In vitro studies also proved chenodeoxycholic acid to be more affective against cholelithiasis than cholic acid or ursodeoxycholic acid often used in other medicines.
Furthermore, researches confirmed that Chino capsules against cholelithiasis and gallstones from Japan increase total bile acid and phospholipids in blood. Therefore, it promotes better dissolving of cholesterol in the lipid environment of the cell membranes.
