Medical effect: Premarin tablets are effective for the treatment of the following diseases and conditions:

1. ovarian deficiency symptoms,
2. ovarian dysfunction,
3. menopause disorder,
4. vaginitis (senile, childhood and nonspecific),
5. functional uterine bleeding.

Contraindications and precautions: do not use in pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use for patients with breast cancer or endometrial cancer (including history or doubt), thrombophlebitis or pulmonary embolism (including history), coronary heart disease or stroke or similar diseases (including history), liver disorder, unexplained genital bleeding, untreated endometrial hyperplasia, endometriosis, uterus myoma, heart disease or renal disorder (including history), epilepsy, diabetes mellitus, scheduled surgery within 4 weeks or long-term bedridden state, systemic lupus erythematosus or migraine.

If you take this medicine for a long period of time, periodic gynecological and general medical check-ups are advised for the prevention of breast cancer, coronary heart disease or stroke.

Dosage and administration of Premarin tablets 0.625 mg from Japan (estrogen)

Ovarian deficiency symptoms, ovarian dysfunction, menopause disorder: for adults, take 1 to 2 tablets (0.625 to 1.25 mg of the active ingredient) a day.

Functional uterine bleeding, vaginitis: for adults, take 1 to 6 tablets (0.625 to 3.75 mg of the active ingredient) a day.

In any case, the dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms by the consulting doctor.
