How effective are MAF lollies from Japan for activation of macrophages (immunity)?

MAF lollies contains GcMAF derivered from the milk whey via sterilization with the 0.22 μm filtration system. GcMAF is a protein-derived macrophage activating factor naturally occurring in the human body, mainly in liver. It works by activating the macrophage cells, a type of white blood cell of the immune system that defend the host against infection and injury, including cancer cells, microbes, cellular debris, foreign substances, etc. Activating the macrophages is used as an additional therapy in the treatment of various types of cancer, including breast, colon and prostate cancer (N.
