Dosage and administration of Japanese fine granules 2 g for progressive chronic renal failure
For adults: take 1 packet (2 g of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day. If you are currently taking any other medicines, take Kremezin granules 30 minutes to 1 hour after the other medicine.
