Iluamix combination tablets contain two active ingredients: irbesartan and amlodipine besilate. Irbesartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker. It works by relaxing the blood vessels and increasing supplying of the blood flow to the heart. Amlodipine besilate is a long-acting calcium channel blocker.
