Dosage and administration of Bio-Three combination tablets from Japan for intestinal flora (probiotic, Enterococcus faecium, Clostridium butyricum, Bacillus subtilis)

For adults: Take 2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day.

For children of 5-15 years old: 1 tablet 3 times a day. 

The consulting doctor may increase or decrease the dosage according to age and symptoms.
