Medical effect: Fildesin injections 3 mg from Japan is an anti-mitotic and anti-microtubule alkaloid used in chemotherapy. These injections are effective for treating following diseases:

• acute leukemia (including blast crisis of chronic myeloid leukemia),
• esophageal cancer,
• lung cancer,
• malignant lymphoma.

Dosage and administration of Fildesin injections 1 mg from Japan for chemotherapy: Inject by intravenous injection once a week. The content of the bottle should be diluted with the distilled water or saline solution in the proportion of 1 ml of water/saline per 1 mg of Fildesin injections. The consulting doctor may adjust the dosage according to concomitant drugs and symptoms. 

For acute leukemia and malignant lymphoma:

For adults the dosage in 0.06 mg of the active component per 1 kg of the patient’s weight. For children the dosage is 0.07-0.1 mg per kg.

For lung cancer and esophageal cancer:

For adults the dosage in 0.06-0.09 mg of the active component per 1 kg of the patient’s weight.

Is Fildesin injections 1 mg from Japan for chemotherapy effective?

Vindesine sulphate has been used as anti-mitotic and anti-microtubule agent for about 40 years. Nevertheless, it remains one of the important and popular medicines in the chemotherapy (E. Martino, G.
