Are DHA Vitamins for breastfeeding effective?
Our needs in vitamins and minerals are largely determined by the environment. Japan islands have unique geographical location, stretching vertically from North to South for more then 1000 miles. In the north of the country, on the island of Hojikado, there are temperatures to minus 30 degrees with blizzards and snow, and the southern islands (Okinawa) are located in the tropical region, there is never snow, always tropical rains and summer hurricanes, you can find all-year-round exotic flowers and fruits. And of course, the physiological needs of Japanese people living in different regions are very different.
Vitamin D, that is extremely important for the body, is formed inside the skin under the influence of direct sunlight, and its reserves, accumulated by the body during the summer, can be gradually consumed in cold winter months. But not in all climatic conditions can allow you to accumulate enough of vitamin D. Its lack plays a major role in the development of rickets and many other diseases. Long-term vitamin D deficiency can lead to oncology and cancer, it also increases the risk of osteoporosis, it is a provoking factor of psoriasis, as well as some other autoimmune diseases.
DHA, another important component, is responsible for the effective regulation and performance of the following functions:
- the formation of the gray matter of the brain,
- retinal formation,
- cell membrane synthesis
- regulation of adipose tissue in the body.
DHA Vitamins for Northen Countries and Regions.
To protect the smallest inhabitants of the northern regions of Japan on Hokkaido, Japanese pharmacists have developed "Vitamins for breastfeeding." These vitamins contain precise dosages of vitamin D, which is passed on to the baby along with the mother's milk. Just take 2 capsules a day with water, at any time convenient for you. Also Vitamins for breastfeeding contain polyunsaturated fatty acids (DHA, Docosahexaenoic acid). This substance is responsible for the formation of gray matter of the brain, retina of the eye and cell membranes, regulates the fat content in the body.
We recommend Vitamins for breastfeeding to mothers of young children living in cold regions with a low level of solar activity. You can order Vitamins for breastfeeding directly from Japan at our store.
