Active ingredient: urea
Medical effect: Urepearl cream 10% is effective for the treatment of the following diseases and conditions:
- atopic dermatitis,
- progressive keratoderma of the fingers and palms (dry eczema),
- senile xeroderma,
- palmoplantar keratoderma,
- plantar dermatitis with fissure formation,
- lichen pilaris follicularis,
- ichthyosis.
Contraindications and precautions: do not use for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not use for patients with inflammation or wounds on the skin. Do not use for patients with skin sensitive to skin irritation.
Do not apply the cream to mucous membranes such as ocular mucous membrane. Do not apply the cream directly to ulcerated, erosive or wounded skin area.
Please note that stainless steel utensils such as spatula will corrode if placed in contact with this cream for a prolonged period.
If an allergic reaction occurs, stop taking the medicine and consult with your doctor. If you’re taking any other medication, please consult with your doctor before use.
Dosage and administration
Apply the cream to the affected area on the dry clean skin. Then gently rub it into the skin with the fingertips. Use 2-3 times a day. The doctor in charge may adjust the dosage according to patient's disease and symptoms.

Urepearl cream with urea prevents dryness of skin caused by keratosis and softens keratin by water-retaining effect. It provides significant improvement even when administered alone after the alleviation of inflammation of the skin by topical steroid treatment.
