Medical effect: Tobramycin ophthalmic solution is an aminoglycoside antibiotic effective for treatment of Gram-negative infections. It is used for treatment of various eye infections, including:

Dosage and administration of Japanese Tobramycin ophthalmic solution 0.3% for eye infections
Apply 1-2 drops to the affected eye 4-5 times a day. Wash your hands and do not touch the dropper tip with hands or let it touch your eye or any other surface in order to avoid contamination. Look upward and pull down the lower eyelid and apply the solution. Then look downward, close your eyes for 1 minute and try not to blink. Open your eyes, wipe out the excess of fluid if it drains out the eye with clean tissue paper or cloth. If you use any other ophthalmic medicine, wait at least 5 minutes after applying Tobramycin.
