Medical effect: Solifenacin succinate tablets are effective for the treatment of following diseases and conditions:

• urinary urgency,
• frequent urination,
• urge urinary incontinence associated with overactive bladder.

Contraindications and precautions: do not use for patients with urinary retention, angle closure glaucoma, obstruction and paralytic ileus of pylorus, duodenum or intestinal tract, gastric atony or intestinal atony, myasthenia gravis, heart disease or liver disorder. Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

As this medicine may cause foggy vision or lack of focus, patient should pay close attention when working at heights, operating dangerous machinery or driving a car.

Dosage and administration

For adults: take 1 tablet (5 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, once a day. The doctor in charge may adjust the dosage according to the age or symptoms. However, the maximum daily dose should not exceed 2 tablets (10 mg).
