How effective are Salbutamol tablets 2 mg from Japan for asthma, bronchitis and tuberculosis (Albuterol, Ventolin, Proventil)?
Salbutamol, also known as albuterol, is a short-acting β2 adrenergic receptor agonist. It works by relaxing the airway smooth muscle, dilating bronchial tube and opening up the medium and large airways in the lungs. Salbutamol tablets are one of the most commonly prescribed bronchodilators in the management of asthma, controlling acute symptomatic attacks as well as chronic, and helping for long term prevention. This medicine is generally well tolerated and safe.
Who should use Salbutamol tablets 2 mg from Japan?
Salbutamol tablets improve the symptoms caused by bronchial asthma, childhood asthma, emphysema, acute/chronic bronchitis, pulmonary tuberculosis and silicotuberculosis. They are suitable for both adults and children, including smaller ones. Researchers concluded that salbutamol in tablets provides clinically significant bronchodilation, and it is particularly useful in those patients unable to coordinate the use of inhalers (A. H. Price, S. P. Clissold. “Salbutamol in the 1980s. A reappraisal of its clinical efficacy”. Drugs, 1989, 38(1): 77-122).
