Contraindications and precautions:

Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use in patients with allergy to levofloxacin. When using in children, the consulting doctor should adjust the dosage. If an allergic reaction occurs, stop using the product and consult with your doctor. 

Dosage and Administration of Ofloxacin otic solution 0.3% from Japan

For adults, apply 6 to 10 drops at a time in the ear twice a day. After applying, lie down with the ear to be treated facing up for approximately 10 minutes.

Ofloxacin otic solution 0.3% from Japan is a new quinolone antibacterial otic agent. It inhibits DNA replication of bacteria and shows antibacterial effects for the following types of bacteria:

• Streptococcus pneumoniae,
• Proteus,
• Haemophilus influenzae,
• Providencia,
• Morganella morganii,
• Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
