Contraindications and precautions: do not use for the following categories of patients:

Dosage and administration

For adults: take one tablet (40 mg of active ingredient) at a time orally once daily. Upon the consideration of doctor in charge, the initial dosage may be 1/2 tablet (20 mg), gradually increasing to the maintenance dosage. The dosage may be adjusted by the consulting doctor according to the patient's age and severity of symptoms, but the maximum daily dose of 2 tablets (80 mg) should not be exceeded.

This medicine is influenced by meal. It should be taken either before or after meal, always in the same regimen. Your doctor in charge should instruct you which way suits you best.

If a patient taking the medicine before meals misses a dose, they should take a medicine as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, they should skip the missed dose and continue their regular dosing schedule.

If a patient taking the medicine after meals misses a dose, they take as soon as possible after taking a snack.

In any case, patient should never take two doses at one time.
