• For adults: start taking 2 mg of active ingredient 1 time a day. After more than one week, the dosage should be gradually increased by the step of 1 mg at a time. The maintenance dosage is 4-6 mg of active ingredient, 1 time a day.
• For children of more than 17 kg and less than 25 kg in weight: take 1 mg of active ingredient 1 time a day.
• For children of more than 25 kg and less than 38 kg in weight, start with 1 mg 1 time a day. After more than 1 week, the dosage should be increased to 2 mg.
• For children of more than 38 kg and less than 50 kg in weight, start with 1 mg 1 time a day. After more than 1 week, the dosage should be increased gradually by the step of 1 mg. The maintenance dosage is 3 mg 1 time a day.
• For children of more than 50 kg and less than 63 kg in weight, start with 2 mg 1 time a day. After more than 1 week, the dosage should be increased gradually by the step of 1 mg. The maintenance dosage is 4 mg 1 time a day.
• For children of more than 63 kg and less than 75 kg in weight, start with 2 mg 1 time a day. After more than 1 week, the dosage should be increased gradually by the step of 1 mg. The maintenance dosage is 5 mg 1 time a day.
• For children of more 75 kg in weight, start with 2 mg 1 time a day. After more than 1 week, the dosage should be increased gradually by the step of 1 mg. The maintenance dosage is 6 mg 1 time a day.
