How effective are Endoxan tablets 50 mg from Japan for cancer (chemotherapy, cyclophosphamide hydrate, cytophosphane, Cytoxan)?
Endoxan tablets contain cyclophosphamide hydrate, a cytostatic drug from the group of alkylating agents. It’s rapidly converted in the liver into active metabolites, which distribute to all tissues and have a high protein binding ability. By providing DNA alkylation, cyclophosphamide causes cell apoptosis and provides immunosuppressive effect.
