Package details: 100 tablets
Dosage and administration: adults should start with taking 0.5 tablets (2.5 mg of ivabradine) at a time 2 times a day after meals. When increasing or decreasing the dosage, it should be done gradually, with an interval of at least 2 weeks, according to the heart rate at rest and tolerability. A standard dosage is either 0.5 tablets. 1 tablet or 1.5 tablets (2.5, 5 or 7.5 mg of active ingredient), twice a day after meals. Your doctor may adjust the dosage according to your conditions. Please note that this medicine contains 5 mg of ivabradine in a tablet.

Contraindications and precautions: Store in a dry cool place, out of reach of children. Do not use for pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use for patients with unstable/acute heart failure, cardiogenic shock, hypotension, sick sinus syndrome, sinoatrial block/third-degree atrioventricular block (excluding patients with a pacemaker), patients with liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh C), patients with tachycardiac arrhythmia (ventricular or supraventricular), first-degree and second-degree atrioventricular block, ventricular conduction disorder (bundle branch block) or ventricular dyssynchrony.
If you accidentally exceed your prescribed dose, you may experience bradycardia, which can cause symptoms such as dizziness, lightheadedness when standing up, shortness of breath, a slow pulse, irregular heartbeats, or fainting. If multiple symptoms occur simultaneously, stop taking the medication and consult with health care professionals immediately. Female patients who may become pregnant should avoid pregnancy while taking this medication and for a specified period after completing the treatment. Use with caution when operating hazardous machinery, including driving, as this medication may cause symptoms such as sudden flashes of light in the dark, blurry vision, dizziness, and lightheadedness. If you experience any of these symptoms, strictly avoid driving or operating dangerous machinery. Avoid taking this medication with St. John’s Wort or grapefruit juice, as these substances may alter its effectiveness by either reducing or enhancing its medicinal effects.
Do not expose to sunlight or heat. If allergic symptoms occur, discontinue use.

Starting from 11th August to 16th of August there will be local Obon holidays in Japan.
As our hospital and suppliers do not operate, we stop accepting all orders on our website for this period, website shall not allow orders from August 10th evening till Thursday 13th.
We shall start accepting orders online on Friday (Aug 14th), we shall send payment links and reply to emails on Monday (Aug 17th).
We work according to the following schedule:
- We shall not reply to inquiries from Aug 11th to 16th. We shall reply on Aug 17th. If you email us, you will receive auto-reply from our mailbox. Please do not write many emails, your messages may fall to spam.
- We ship most of the orders, placed before Obon Holidays on August 17th - 20th. We shall advise tracking once we ship.
- We shall confirm payments for orders placed during holidays on August 17th and advise.
