How effective are Ciclosporine capsules 10 mg from Japan for autoimmune diseases and transplantation (cyclosporine, cyclosporin, ciclosporin, Neoral, Sandimmune)?
Ciclosporin is a calcineurin inhibitor and an immunosuppressant. It works by suppressing the activation of helper T cells through lymphocyte-specific/reversible immunosuppressive effects and, as the result, suppressing abnormal immune reactions. Ciclosporine capsules can be used used to suppress rejection after organ transplantation (kidney, liver, heart, lung, pancreas, small intestine) and rejection or graft-versus-host disease after bone marrow transplantation.
Who should use Ciclosporine capsules 10 mg from Japan?
Ciclosporine capsules are effective for the treatment of various autoimmune diseases, including Behcet's disease with symptoms in eye, non-infectious uveitis, psoriasis, aplastic anemia, pure red-cell aplasia, nephrotic syndrome, myasthenia gravis and atopic dermatitis. Studies showed that with regular monitoring of the patient’s condition and using the lowest individually titrated effective dose cyclosporine is an effective and safe therapy for selected autoimmune diseases even in long-term treatment (G. Feutren. “The optimal use of cyclosporin A in autoimmune diseases”. Journal of Autoimmunity, 1992, 5 Suppl. A: 183-95)
