Active ingredients: betamethasone (chemical formula C22H29FO5), d- chlorpheniramine maleate (chemical formula C20H23ClN2O4).

Medical effect: Celestamine combination tablets are effective for the treatment of allergic inflammation, including urticaria, eczema, dermatitis, drug eruptions, and allergic rhinitis.

Contraindications and precautions: do not use for the following categories of patients:

• patients with glaucoma, urination difficulty due to prostate enlargement etc., tuberculosis, infectious disease with no effective remedy or generalized mycotic disease, peptic ulcer, mental disease, herpes simplex keratitis, cataract, high blood pressure, electrolyte abnormality, thrombosis or a history of myocardial infarction,
• patients who are planning to receive vaccination,
• patients who had a surgery of any part of the organ recently,
• pregnant or breastfeeding women.

As this medicine may cause dizziness, patient should avoid operating dangerous machinery, working at heights or driving a car while taking this medicine.

Avoid taking alcohol while taking this medicine.

If an allergic reaction occurs, stop using the medicine and consult with your doctor. If you’re taking any other medication or receiving any other treatment, you have to consult with your doctor before use.

Dosage and administration

For adults: take 1-2 tablets at a time, 1-4 times daily. Swallow the tablet with water or lukewarm water without breaking, cracking or chewing it. The doctor in charge may adjust the dosage according to the disease, age or symptoms.
