Dosage and administration:

- For osteoarthritis, lower back pain, periarthritis of the shoulder (scapulohumeral periarthritis), neck-shoulder-arm syndrome, or tendonitis/tenosynovitis: Adults typically take 1 tablet (100 mg) twice a day—once after breakfast and once after dinner.
- For post-operative pain, traumatic injuries, or tooth extraction: The usual adult dose starts with 4 tablets (400 mg), followed by 2 tablets (200 mg) twice a day. Make sure each dose is spaced at least 6 hours apart.
- For as-needed use: Begin with 4 tablets (400 mg), then take 2 tablets (200 mg) as needed, with a minimum of 6 hours between doses. Do not take more than two doses per day.

Contraindications and precautions: Store in a dry cool place, out of reach of children. Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use for patients with a current or past history of aspirin asthma, patients with peptic ulcer, liver disorder, renal disorder or cardiac function failure, patients in the perioperative period of coronary-bypass surgery. Do not expose to sunlight or heat. As this medicine may cause dizziness and somnolence, patient should pay close attention when operating dangerous machinery, working at heights or driving a car. Due to the risk of hepatic failure, hepatitis or jaundice, liver function tests should be performed periodically. Due to the risk of renal disorders, such as acute renal disorder and interstitial nephritis, renal function tests should be performed periodically. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, low back pain, periarthritis scapulohumeralis, neck, shoulder and arm syndrome or tendonitis/tenosynovitis should receive urinalysis, blood test, renal function test, liver function test, ECG test or/and occult blood test periodically or as needed. If allergic symptoms occur, discontinue use.
