ATTENTION! August Holidays in Japan (10th – 14th). Obon

Starting from 10^th August to 14^th of August there will be local Obon holidays in Japan. 

Our work schedule is as follows:

1. ACCEPTING ORDERS: We do not accept order from Aug 9th (Friday evening) to August 14th (Wednesday evening) - Japanese time. Website will not allow to place orders till August 14th evening!

2. SUPPORT, PAYMENT INVOICES, ACCOUNTING: We shall not operate during August 10^th – August 13^th Japanese time. OUR SUPPORT WILL NOT WORK Please pay attention!! We shall reply and send invoice after.

3. SHIPPING and DELIVERY: Local post service and Couriers do not work. We shall ship orders till August 9^th. We shall resume shipping starting from August 16^th when the local Post Office and courier resume work. Pay attention that orders paid after August 1^st may be shipped after August 15^th. If you are in a hurry - please contact us before you pay.

For orders paid during Obon holidays, delivery may be delayed as well.

Sorry for the inconveniences caused and thank you for understanding. Our suppliers and shipping companies do not operate during this period, so we can not accelerate shipping.
