New Year holidays and Shipping Delays.

Due to the New Year holidays in Japan, our store partially stops operation starting from December 28th to January 8th.
Customer Support: managers in charge will answer your inquiries 1-3 times a day. Please kindly wait for an answer. If you have any questions, if you can’t place an order, or if product is out of stock, or you can not track the package, just wait, we shall answer.
Payments: Payments via bank are accepted as usual. Card payments are accepted upon request - due to the large number of cancellations of orders made at last New Year holidays. Payment by card is disabled on the site from December 28 to January 6th. If you want to pay by card, place your order at the bank and write down what you want to pay by card in the comments.
Shipping: will take place after January 6 at the time specified in the order confirmation when confirming the order.
Please pay attention to parcels’ shipping schedule: all orders placed during the last week of December (23rd to 29th of Dec) for prescription medicines will be shipped after January 6th within provided estimates deducting holidays. Orders for dietary supplements and cosmetics placed after the December 25th will be shipped out after January 8th. These delays are due to local post office holidays.
