ATTENTION! August Holidays!
Starting from 14th August to 19th of August there will be local Obon holidays in Japan.
As our hospital and suppliers do not operate, we stop accepting all orders on our website for this period, website shall not allow orders till Tuesday 19th.
We shall start accepting orders online on Tuesday (Aug 19th), we shall send payment links and reply to emails on Wednesday (Aug 20th).
We work according to the following schedule:
- We shall not reply to inquiries from Aug 14th to 19th. We shall reply on Aug 20th. If you email us, you will receive auto-reply from our mailbox. Please do not write many email, your messages may fall to spam.
- We ship most of the orders, placed before Obon Holidays on August 18th - 19th - 20th. We shall advise tracking on 20th.
- We shall confirm payments for orders placed during holidays on August 20th.
For orders paid during Obon holidays, delivery may be delayed. Please kindly check in advance.
For USA customers: About Cancellation of DeMinis.
Dear customers, President D.Trump has cancelled DeMinis, this means that any parcel shipped to the USA from abroad may be subject to tariffs imposed by your country.
We do everything to avoid this situation (reduce price, ship from individual names etc.), but please pay attention that all orders arriving to the US on August 29th and later may be subject to import tariffs and import clearance. We can not pay your taxes or make documents, you may need to communicate with USPS directly.
We hope to get more information in the beginning of September. Till that time, we recommend to place orders only to customers who have prescriptions and can pay import tariffs. If USPS starts to check ALL parcels coming from abroad, you may as well need to pay the tariff on the real price of goods (not the one we state on parcels). We can not pay your taxes for you. Also, we can not refund or return due to reasons like "I do not want / can not import" or "I do not want / can not pay tariffs". This is in accordance with our terms of use that you accept when you place the order.
