Clinical studies of the Radicut (Edaravon).
The scientific efficacy of Radicat for ALS treatment, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, was scientifically proven in a randomized clinical trial in Japan for 137 patients, which was carried out for six months. In the first row of studies of Radicut effects, only patients with ALS who are already in phase Three failed to record major improvements on the ALSFRS-R scale (Amyotroph Lateral Scler Frontotemporal Degener, 2014; 15; 610–7). Therefore, a repeated study was conducted involving 181 more patients. During this study, the findings were confirmed, it is imperative to start therapy in a timely manner and conduct full courses of treatment.
Certification of Radicut (Edaravon) in the United States (by FDA)
Radicut also called Radikawa or Edaravon was officially approved by the US government (the drug monitoring organization FDA - link to the site here). This is the first drug in history to be approved by the FDA, known for its brutal demands and extremely stringent safety standards. FDA requires serious scientific substantiation of the effectiveness of a drug, as well as serious basic scientific research in the United States with proven positive dynamics and a large percentage of the drug's effectiveness. Radicut was one of the few innovation paraparatov, which was approved, because tens of thousands of people in the USA suffer from ALS, and there is no real effective alternative to Radikat at the moment.
Clinical studies of Radicut (Edaravon) in Japan
Scientists conducted a big number of basic researches on Radicut. Doctors Otomo and Hawkin in their works Otomo, E. et al .: Cerebrovasc. Dis. 2003 ; 15 : 222-229, Houkin, K. et al .: J. Stroke Cerebrovasc. Dis. 1998 ; 7 (5) : 315-322 showed the main effects from use of this medicine and outlined areas of risk, giving a picture of the dynamics for the patients. Doctor of Medicine Abe Abe, K. et al .: Amyotroph Lateral Scler Frontotemporal Degener. 2014 ; 15 (7-8) : 610-617 in his work drew attention to the interaction of this medicine with several other medicines and its overall effect on the patient's body. His own studies are exploring the possibilities and methods of treating the effects of stroke Abe, K. et al. : Stroke 1988 ; 19 (4) : 480-485. In general, at the time of release of the drug in Japan, there were more than fifty fundamental works and studies on this drug, mainly in Japanese. Much of the research has been done by Dr. Komatsu Teiko (小松貞子 他 : 薬物動態 1996 ; 11 (5) : 463-480) and deals with the degree of effectiveness and side effects of this drug, as well as methods to minimize them.
Basing on these studies we can conclude about the high effectiveness of Radicut Edaravon. Radicut is effective for the following methods:
- treatment of ALS
- treatment of stroke consequences
- general improvement of cerebral activity
- brain cells' revitalization.
Of course, it may show certain side effects, but constant monitoring and supervision by a doctor will help minimize them. Consult us today and our specialists shall answer to your concerns and questions. You may also check Rilutek 50 mg as similar medicine.
